From the phase for identifying the needs and development of the site, Société de la Tour Eiffel establishes a direct relationship with its tenants via its subsidiary TEAM Conseil, which manages all of the assets. The quality of the work of this wholly-owned subsidiary has been recognised by being twice certified.

We started our catering business in the Parc du Golf, in Aix-en-Provence, in October 2019. The pandemic and the lockdown in March 2020 therefore hit us very hard. Société de la Tour Eiffel was able to take into account our specificities and respond favourably and very quickly to our requests in order to find a balanced agreement with us that allowed us to survive these very difficult months and to be able to envisage a reopening when the situation becomes more normal. We are very grateful to them.
