Dialogue with local players

Pour chaque projet de développement, la Société engage un dialogue régulier et structuré avec les collectivités (mairies, aménageurs) afin d’intégrer ses projets au sein des stratégies RSE territoriales. Les projets Nanturra à Nanterre et Syrah à Bobigny illustrent cette démarche de co-construction avec les élus locaux.

En 2025, la Société participe activement aux réunions membres et groupes de travail de l’OID, contribue au Baromètre de la Performance Énergétique (BPE) et au Baromètre de l’Immobilier Responsable (BIR), et s’engage dans le Booster des EnR&R pour accélérer le déploiement des énergies renouvelables et du réemploi.

UNISSON(S) Manifesto (IFPEB) : Signatory since 2022, supporting low-carbon architecture that respects biodiversity.

 

POUSH — Temporary Lease Agreement with this Art Centre and Incubator : Through this partnership, 250 artists have access to dedicated studios on the Aubervilliers campus, contributing to the local cultural ecosystem and its outreach.

 

Bord’Eau Village in Bordeaux : Job Dating initiatives (partnership with INSEEC), eco-responsible workshops, cork stopper collection in partnership with Echo-Mer, and support for the Ruban Rose Challenge.

National Professional Commitments

The Company is an active member of OID, FEI, IEIF, EPRA, C3D, APROMA, AICN, Cercle 30 and Cercle des Femmes Financières. It publishes its ESG data annually through its CSRD reporting and Integrated Report and responds to GRESB, EthiFinance and EcoVadis assessments. In 2025, all 287 regular suppliers were surveyed on their ESG practices.
