THE ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACH

From our practices to those of our tenants, and by establishing dialogue on the future of our sector, we are working to limit the environmental impact of our integrated real estate business. We have therefore been working for over ten years to get a better understanding of our assets and of their energy performance, seeking to reduce the consumption of fluids (electricity, water, etc.) in our buildings and decarbonise our actions while preserving resources and biodiversity. We also anticipate the impact of climate change on our assets: after assessing the potential risks (flooding, drought, fire, storms, etc.), we conduct an audit campaign to manage any consequences.

THE MAJOR ROLE
OF STAKEHOLDERS

Société de la Tour Eiffel seeks to involve all of its stakeholders in its CSR governance. In 2020, the Group set up a Responsible Purchasing – Supplier Relations Charter. This charter promotes a balanced relationship with our service providers as well as a dynamic collective effort as part of our commitments.

Professionalism, valuing and recognising skills, team spirit, anticipation and trust are the values that guide our relationships.

Our environmental commitment is based on 4 pillars: decarbonisation of our business, reducing consumption, protecting biodiversity and taking climate issues into account.
The circular economy is a multi-functional driver that we strongly believe in and to which we are committed
