4 ESG priorities included
in our overall strategy
Société de la Tour Eiffel’s CSR approach is based on 4 strategic priorities among the 5 priorities chosen for the overall strategy:
INCREASING TENANT SATISFACTION
Measured throughout the tenant journey, health and safety checks, accessibility research, provision of a diversified range of services, tenant satisfaction is our main priority.
FAVOURING REGIONAL INTEGRATION
As a partner of the regions in which we operate, we deploy best practices with all stakeholders, for the benefit of all, to build together the cities of tomorrow.
REDUCING ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT
From our practices to those of our tenants and the dialogue on the future of our sector, we are working to limit the environmental impact of our integrated real estate business.
ATTRACTING AND RETAINING EMPLOYEES
Our human resources policy focused on talent search, skills enhancement and quality of life in the workplace is fully contributing to the performance of our Group.

The major role
of stakeholders
Société de la Tour Eiffel seeks to involve all of its stakeholders in its CSR governance. In 2020, the Group set up a Responsible Purchasing – Supplier Relations Charter. This charter promotes a balanced relationship with our service providers as well as a dynamic collective effort as part of our commitments.
Professionalism, valuing and recognising skills, team spirit, anticipation and trust are the values that guide our relationships.
Our environmental commitment is based on 4 pillars: decarbonisation of our business, reducing consumption, protecting biodiversity and taking climate issues into account.
The circular economy is a multi-functional driver that we strongly believe in and to which we are committed
