Société de la Tour Eiffel is recognised for its commitment and the way it brings it to life. In 2020, the Group won several awards and certifications.




Société de la Tour Eiffel
was once again rewarded at the EPRA Awards 2020(1) for the performance of its financial and non-financial reporting. The real estate company was awarded, and this for the second year in a row, an EPRA Gold Trophy for its transparency in financial information. It was awarded an EPRA Silver Trophy for the quality of its CSR information (in 2018, it won the Bronze Trophy).

Société de la Tour Eiffel
won five Green Stars out of five as part of the 2020 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) questionnaire for its environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. It is therefore experiencing a significant change compared to 2019, with two additional green stars. This sharp increase underscores the improvement in the performance of its assets on various criteria, including waste production, water and energy consumption and CO2 emissions.




Société de la Tour Eiffel
is also included in 2020 in the Gaïa Rating ESG ranking, which enables companies to be placed on the basis of their level of transparency of non-financial performance, assessed over three years. For this first year of ranking, Société de la Tour Eiffel was ranked 3rd in the listed SME/MID-CAP category, whose turnover is less than €150 million. Governance, social aspect, environmental pillar, relations with external stakeholders: the rating reveals a constant development of the real estate company on each of the aspects subject to evaluation over the three years under review, a good indicator of the relevance of the CSR action plan.

Société de la Tour Eiffel sponsors the Massy Rugby Club. With “Dream big” as its motto and great performances, the club conveys an image and fundamental values specific to Société de la Tour Eiffel.
