In line with the heritage of its illustrious founder, Société de la Tour Eiffel is part of this spirit of innovation. We are constantly looking for new high-performance, bold solutions to build partnerships with innovative proptech companies in the areas of construction, management and supervision. In particular, the Group’s passion for the avant-garde was named in BIM d’Or 2020, alongside NEXTiiM in the pioneering approach category for the deployment of the SEXTANT technical assets management solution.

Published by EGIDE, EVEN is an integrated property management solution. Configured for Société de la Tour Eiffel, it enables the Group to automatically publish the invoicing of rents and expenses on assets, to ensure the budget monitoring of expenses and CAPEX per building, and to monitor the payments of development operations. My Even is a database that is a single and detailed repository of the Company’s assets that allows it to calculate its CSR and ISO indicators and be able to transmit data required by the Tertiary Eco-Energy Decree.

Batiref is a solution aimed at improving the overall performance of building stakeholders from collecting, processing and comparing feedback. It enables Société de la Tour Eiffel to list its suppliers and service providers and to provide them with a rating each year to improve the level of services. With its own API, directly integrated into our information system, it ensures complete control and security of the data collected.

Designed by NEXTiiM, SEXTANT is a digital platform for managing and operating real estate and industrial assets. Thanks to a digital platform structured around a BIM model, 3D plans and scans coupled with the aggregation of multiple data, the platform generates a digital twin of the building and optimises its supervision. After a successful first trial that demonstrated the impact of the solution, particularly in terms of environmental footprint, SEXTANT is currently being rolled out on our assets.
