Our presence in regional cities

Lyon, Lille, Nantes, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille: Société de la Tour Eiffel is committed to high-potential regions. In resonance with the heritage of our founder, built over time in several French cities, this location is part of an investment strategy for the future and to hold long-term assets.

Our location in the regions

Controlled urban density, accessibility to transport, pleasant living environment: assets located in the major regional cities have undeniable advantages. For decades, Société de la Tour Eiffel has been present in the regions and has significant assets there. Our assets in the most attractive sectors attract SMEs and large groups.

Supporting local development

Proposing a new alternative

Contributing to the reception of new or already established companies, promoting economic development, imagining new solutions: we are moving forward with the regions. Regional cities are attractive areas for growth and employment. In these areas where demand is strong and the supply is sometimes insufficient or inadequate for new uses, Société de la Tour Eiffel offers an alternative to businesses and elected representatives and local agents.

A long-term
commitment

DEVELOPMENT
OF ECONOMIC ATTRACTIVENESS

From design to management to construction and delivery, we act as a trusted and reference partner for the regions and companies we support. Our knowledge of the regions and our ability to observe the markets enable us to identify high-potential sites that will contribute to the attractiveness and growth of the regions in which we operate.

CARBON FOOTPRINT
REDUCTION

Our long-term strategy, which spans several decades, enables us to fully integrate the issue of environmental responsibility. Sobriety in the use of resources, reflection on the adoption of new energy solutions, optimisation within renovations, intensive waste management: we are working in a concrete way to reduce the carbon footprint of offices.

BUILDING
MUTUAL TRUST

Local authorities, companies, local public establishments: making a long-term commitment makes it possible to build lasting and solid relationships with the various local players. They contribute to the provision of mutual experience and expertise to build the cities of tomorrow and their ability to accommodate and support economic life.

Testimonial

As Europorte is a subsidiary of Eurotunnel, we travel frequently. Having offices in the Lille Europe Tower, which is ultimately an extension of the station, ensures we can easily go to Paris, Calais, Lyon and Marseille where our administrative headquarters and regional offices are located. The collaboration is going well. Société de la Tour Eiffel was particularly attentive when we decided to refurbish offices in Lille to make them more attractive, modern, brighter at a time when teleworking becomes increasingly important.
