Marie Wiedmer-Brouder (60) has been Chair of Caryatid Advisory, a property consultancy and appraisal company, since January 2012 and of Caryatid Asset Management since September 2014.

After graduating from the ESLSCA with a Diploma in Advanced Accounting, she began her career with banking institutions working on large corporate accounts before entering the property leasing sector. She was then appointed as Property Divisions Director of insurance companies (Assurances Fédérales Vie-Groupe Crédit Lyonnais and AGF Immobilier) before joining the general management teams of listed property companies: ICADE in 2008 (member of the Executive Committee and Chair of SIIC Invest) and EUROSIC in 2009 as assistant General Manager.

She has completed several terms of office as city councillor and has been involved in a number of supervisory boards between 1997 and 2010 (notably Slivimmo Habitation and Lion SCPI whose supervisory board she chaired).

She has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2002, the Club de l'Immobilier (since 1996) and the Cercle des Femmes de l'Immobilier (since 1998). She is also an independent director of Foncière Euris and member of the audit committee. In addition she is Vice-Chair of the FIABCI (Fédération internationale des professionnels de l’immobilier). She became a permanent member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Institut Pasteur in November 2019.

Marie Wiedmer-Brouder was co-opted to the position of Director of the Company on 16 October 2014, with ratification of this position by the combined general meeting of 5 December 2014. Her term of office was renewed for a period of three years by the combined general meeting of 22 May 2017. The renewal of her term of office will be decided upon by the general meeting convened in 2020 to rule on the accounts for the previous financial year.
