December 2016 - Acquisition of a business park and an office building
Société de la Tour Eiffel acquired the Défense-Nanterre Seine Business Park and the Défense 3 office building (Nanterre-Prefecture) in line with its investment policy. The leasable area of this complex is 85,000 sq. m.
Located along the A86 motorway, the Défense-Nanterre Seine business park consists of 17 office buildings, light industrial premises and land reserves to be developed.
The Défense 3 office building - renamed Delta since its acquisition - is itself located on the Boulevard des Bouvets, near the Nanterre-Prefecture railway station. It will be at the foot of two new RER E stations and of line 15 of the Greater Paris metropolitan line.

The Nanterre Seine business park has light industrial premises that are increasingly coveted in the inner suburbs of Paris, with remarkable potential for renovation and densification in the medium term.
The Défense 3 building benefits from a strategic location at the foot of the future Groues railway station (Nanterre La Folie) and has all the fundamentals of an investment boosted by the Greater Paris development project responding to strong demand on one of most sought-after business districts in Europe," said Nicolas Ingueneau, Investment and Development manager.
March 2016 – acquisition of two office buildings at Puteaux and Guyancourt
Société de la Tour Eiffel carries on its strategy of pole developments with the acquisition of two office buildings.
Firstly, the Olympe at Puteaux with a floor area of 4 000 m² was acquired from the MACIF group, closed to its acquisition of December 2015, the Linéa (16 000 m²), rising the portfolio in the Hauts-de-Seine to approximately 110.000 m². Fully let to a major cosmetic company with a 5-year closed lease, this building was renovated in 2008. Close to public transportation (Express underground, underdround, bus and tramway), it enjoys quality road links and numerous parking lots.
Secondly, the Odyssée at Guyancourt comprising 12 000 m² was acquired from AEW Europe. Fully let to regional administrations and securing a rental income for the next 4 years, it underwent heavy renovation works by the vendor. It is located on the main axis of Guyancourt, close to public transportation and express road A12. The company strengthens its pole of assets on this area of Saint Quentin en Yvelines where it is already present with the Berlioz at Guyancourt and with Diagonale Ouest at Montigny-le-Bretonneux. Second economic area of the West of Paris after la Défense, the conurbation community of Saint Quentin en Yvelines is part of the Paris Saclay operation of national interest which aims at creating one of the first worldwide territories of research and development, a French Silicon Valley.
These two acquisitions rose the company portfolio to close to 1 bn of euros, on the way to its target of 1.5 bn.
